LOCATION – OMAN Summary 4 to 5 years’ experience in IT Software & Business Application development like Oracle ERP, MS CRM, Billing & Invoicing solutions 3+ years’ Expertise in Java, J2EE development. 3+ years’ Experience in Business Analysis/Requirement Gathering/System Study Experience in Power/Energy/Utility Sector is an added value Role Helping End Users businesses Implement Business Technology Solutions Determining the requirements of a project or program Communicating them clearly to Stakeholders/End Users Responsibilities Assisting with the business case Planning and monitoring Eliciting requirements Requirements organization Translating and simplifying requirements Requirements management and communication Requirements analysis Manage process change requests Manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment Support Technical team with technical background Skills Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills Understanding of systems engineering concepts The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis Business case development Modeling techniques and methods
