Job Description:
Strong C++ coding experience
Hands on experience on Basic C++ – Pointers, Arrays, memory functions
Thorough with Object Oriented Design – inheritance, polymorphism
Casting in C++, Virtual functions, Function pointers
Good understanding of templates in C++ (STL is based on this)
Runtime vs. compile time polymorphism
Strong understanding of algorithm complexities and how that is useful with STL
Basic Database systems – indexes, filters
Experience with either python or perl is a plus
Must have experience in Investment Banking / Capital Market / Trading domain
Experience in multi threaded programming, pthreads
Understanding of Unix operating system
Sockets, TCP / UDP
Education – BE / B.Tech / MCA / MS
