Job Description:
Our client, a large family group with diverse interests across real estate, retail, development and engineering is looking to hire an Office Manager (Arabic speaking) to work closely with the management team in the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient service to both staff and clients.
Being directly involved with the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing, implementing and enhancing the general management of systems as well as the general management of all departments. You will be directly involved in the organisations marketing strategy and the overall growth and profitability of the organisation.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should be extremely well organised, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously whilst adhering to self-imposed deadlines. You should have strong IT and presentation skills alongside sound knowledge of administration and general management. It is essential you are able to diplomatically interact with a multicultural environment and have had previous international / overseas experience with some experience in the Middle East. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
