Job Description:
Degree in Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of Oil and Gas related experience in details design, construction, start up and commissioning.
Shall support the Project Manager and his leadership team to achieve Projects Commissioning and Start-UP (CSU) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by the successful implementation of the FSI Program.
FSI Coordinator has to work within the Operations Readiness Assurance (ORA) section and coordinate with engineering and construction team to complete all required tasks from Front End Design through to full-scale steady state operations.
Focal Point and interface with Client & various teams on all PSI issues and ensure the services and deliverable provides are Added-Value and Cost Effective. Plan, Schedule and organize FSI events, e.g. Visits, Workshops, Meetings, Health Checks etc. Set-up an effective communication with both Client and Contractor.
Shall have knowledge in implementation of FSI requirements on each item & packages of oil & gas projects.
Capable of leading a team of commissioning engineers as well as preservation teams.
Shall be well versed with PDO/Shell guidelines of FSI related to rotating equipment & piping materials.
Conduct audits and advice corrective actions regarding activities related to FSI.
Shall be well versed with process flows, start-up sequencing, pre-commissioning activities etc.
