Job Description:

Our client, a leading organization in the UAE, is looking for an IT Trainer to join their growing team in Dubai.

As an IT Trainer, the main purpose of the role is to educate all the company members on existing and future IT technology, from running induction training to new joiners to providing in-department learning needs analysis and training support, including personal training visits, in addition to developing and implementing a training programme for the Middle East. When not delivering training, you will be required to handle the IT requests and provide operational first and second line IT support to all company employees and customers.

In order to apply for this role, the successful candidate must ideally be MOS Certified or be willing to obtain a full MOS Certification. In addition, you must have professional training experience, preferably within a professional services environment, an advanced knowledge and experience in training all current core Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Vision), as well as a good understanding of document management systems and time recording systems preferable. You must also have experience in writing training materials and designing courses in English, experience of designing intranet and web pages desirable, as well as a strong exposure to e-learning and also office technologies, such as Cisco Video Conferencing systems, iPhone, Digital Dictaphone Recording, Citrix/Remote Working and Telephones.
