welcoming the judgement of Hyderabad High Court on G O 123, TDP Telangana working president A Revanth Reddy today termed it another slap on the face of the TRS government and victory of Mallannasagar project victims.
Though TDP repeatedly announced that it was not against irrigation projects, but opposed the government move to aquire farmers lands for the project under G O 123 instead of land acquisition act 2013, he said in a statement.
The judgement also a lesson to irrigation minister Harish Rao who is bent upon to acquire land under G O 123. Revanth Reddy demanded the government to take lands now under 2013 act.(NSS)
