Maoist leader Ramakrishna’s wife Sirisha on Friday withdrew her petition in the High Court on Friday which she had filed to seek the court’s help alleging threat to RK’s life from the police.
The counsel for Sirisha today filed the petition in the court seeking permission for withdrawing the petition filed last week. The court granted permission for withdrawing Sirisha’s petition.
Veerasam leader Varavara Rao had announced on Thursday that the Maoist leader was safe according to information received by him. Though RK is said to be safe, his whereabouts are not yet known. (INN)
