Hyderabad: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) on Sunday arrested 4 persons at Kachiguda Railway Station in connection with ganja peddling and seized 82 Kgs of ganja worth Rs 5 lakh from their possession. The ganja was being transported to Gujarat from Odisha in 41 bags of 2 kg each, Railway Police said.
The Hans India reported that the accused were identified as Saroj Malik, 32, Sushanth, 24, Dhansho, 22, D Dakodas, 30. A team of RPF during its regular checking on Sunday smelled the rat when they found four persons travelling with huge luggage. On checking they recovered ganja from their possession. The accused have been handed over to Excise officials for further interrogation.
