Establish and maintain good relationship with client through regular contact and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.
New client acquisition.
New client hand holding by ensuring service levels are met with expectations.
Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT.
Ensuring Client satisfaction and Client retention.
Review of service quality with client.
This will involve extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external / internal customers
Demonstrated ability to drive results (reliable, proactive, able to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment).
