Job Description:

My name is Paul – we are currently looking for Sales Executives for our Hyderabad office
1. Proven ability to create and execute complex, multi-partner deals in the mobile space.
2. Developing a go-to-market plan for addressing distribution opportunities and prioritize partner prospects
3. Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
4. Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets defined for the assigned category/named brand
5. Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
6. Conducting training programs to the retailers.
7. Flair for marketing & sales
8. Exposure in mobile ecommerce and/or digital media is preferred
9. Own & build relationships for the assigned category with key brands by positioning Zaakit brand solutions
10. On-boarding of merchants, consulting and meeting goals.
11. Work closely with product, marketing, operation teams to identify new solutions and opportunity areas
12. Be responsible for end-to-end implementations and escalations for the acquired accounts.
13. Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities.
14. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
15. Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, and identify opportunities in line with the organization.
16. Clear understanding of omni channel retailing. Ensure Zaakit selection stays well ahead of competition
17. Develop deep and long standing relationship with the vendors – to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical
18. Own the terms of business with the vendor – products, returns, ordering, etc.
19. Ensure top of the mind recall the vendor by building in deep ties.

Requirements :

1. Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales
2. Graduate from any stream with a flair for marketing & sales.
3. Go-getter in high paced environments.
4. Should be able to work individually Key Account Manager.
5. Strong Knowledge on the retail sector.
6. Understanding about the geography of the city based in and merchant connections.
7. Willingness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast changing landscape.
8. Good verbal and written skills.
