Conducting good number of OJT & coaching to train sales team
Handholding and guiding dealer sales team to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
Rural training experience would be an added advantage
Provide inputs from the field on Region specific training needs
Location: Bangalore (Kannada)

A typical profile of a trainer would be as follows:
Candidates with any graduation/diploma/engineering preferred.
Experienced trainers from automotive and other industries are also welcome.
Ability to adapt the training to the participants knowledge level.
Excellent Presentation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of regional languages a must.
Experience Min 3 to Max 15 Years.
Trainer with good communication.
Automobile training experience will be an edge.
Fluency in English & Kannada
Automotive sales, product, process, technical training experience will have an added advantage
Worked in any OEM/dealer sales/service set up will add to the profile
Additional Training certifications will have an edge
Salary:INR 4,00,000 – 6,50,000 P.A. Food & Travel Allowances, Mobile & Internet Allowances, PF, Insurance, Gratuity
