SAP FICO-FSCM:
CA/CWA/MBA Finance degree holders
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated support or implementation experience in SAP R3 with very strong functional and configuration knowledge and practical experience in FI, CO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CM, Banking, CO)
Good FSCM knowledge and understanding of business process requirements and capabilities with other key SAP integrated components (i.e. FI-CO, FICA & BI)
Cash Management
Dispute Management
Credit Management
Biller Direct
Collections Management
SAP In-house Cash
Bank Communication Management
Knowledge and familiarity in ABAP and workflow capabilities
Integration knowledge FI-CA and SAP CRM (incl. Financial Customer Care)
Knowledge in one of these areas would be highly preferred:
SAP EDI IDOC
SAP Archiving
SAP RFC
SAP Web Services
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Excellent customer service skills with superior written and oral communication skills
Team player who can work independently within established guidelines and procedures
Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making while balancing conflicting objectives of business and IT groups
Ability to support extended coverage and working outside of normal working hours for a worldwide support model
