Washington : Sean Penn’s son Hopper Jack Penn has recently revealed that his father wanted to name him ‘Steak’ because of his love for red meat.
In a recent interview with a magazine, the 22-year-old actor said, “My dad wanted to name me Steak, the food, because he loves it so much. But my mom was never going to go for it. What they told me is that I hopped in her stomach, I didn’t kick, so they went with that,” reports E! Online.
Interestingly, Penn’s son’s name pays tribute to actor Dennis Hopper, whom his father idolizes
Hopper, who was featured in Interview magazine’s Ones To Watch issue, had posed for black and white portraits, resembling mug shots. (ANI)
