Hyderabad: CM of TS, Mr. KCR had made a promise to the Muslims during his election campaign that he would provide 12% reservation to Muslims within four months of TRS assuming power in Telangana but he is dilly dallying this issue. Siasat Urdu Daily started a campaign throughout the State to exert pressure on CM to provide reservations. In order to create awareness, public meetings and seminars are being organized and pamphlets are being distributed. So far meetings and seminars were held in Nizamabad, Warangal, Ranga Reddy and Koratla.
A seminar is being held at Urdu Bhavan, Collectorate Road, Kareem Nagar from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today. Mr. Syed Mohiuddin, Staff reporter of Siasat Urdu Daily and Chairman of Muslim Welfare Committee will preside over the meeting. Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, Maulana Barkatullah Qasmi, Mufti Nadeemuddin Siddiqui will be the guests of honour. Mr. Mohammed Riyaz Ali Rizvi will conduct the meeting.
