Senior Sales Executives/Asst Manager – Retail Operations In Hyderabad

Job Description:

Ensure financial viability of store through planning and implementation – top line and cost control.

1. SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
a) Achievement of Stores sales targets and strategy planning and execution.
b) Create systematic flow of feedback from customers.
c) Create and set up systems and processes for customer retention.
2. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
a) Ensure zero shrinkage in stores
b) Stock checks and audits
c) Minimize stock damage
d) Ensure error and damage free Dispatch and Receipts
3. FORECASTING
a) Plan and implement a scientific process of buying for future seasons in order to maximize availability and minimize dead stock.

b) Match stock with customer preferences and analyzed trend.
4. REPORTING AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
a) Ensure timely efficient and error free data reporting
b) Capture useful information related to store operations eg. footfall, customer preferences, competition performance etc.
5. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
a) Control attrition
b) Support recruitment and selection.
c) Build and maintain team morale.
d) Identify training needs and train
6. ADMINISTRATION
a) Maintain attendance and statutory records
b) Ensure upkeep of facilities and hygienic work environment
c) Efficiency of support services – security, housekeeping, MIS, maintenance
7. FINANCE MANAGEMENT
a) Plan and implement cost control strategies
b) Manage petty cash and expenses and daily sales
8. VISUAL MERCHANDISING
a) Create attractive ambience and visually attractive merchandise display
b) Effective execution of promotional strategies
c) Facilitate cross selling, up selling and better conversions
Increase customer walk-ins
9. ADVERTISING & PROMOTION MANAGEMENT
a) Discover opportunities for local marketing activities
b) Efficient execution of central activities and provision of data to evaluate effectiveness

Salary:INR 2,75,000 – 3,50,000 P.A. Conveyance and Travel reimbursements as per Policy

The right candidate will be required to spend time in the store and the market where the store is located. There will be no offs on weekends as most stores are open 365 days. The job involves constant moving around.
