Hyderabad: For the first time in history of GHMC, arrangements are being made for a separate Camp office for the newly elected Mayor, Mr. Ram Mohan Rao. Mayor, Mr. Ram Mohan Rao and Dy. Mayor, Mr. Baba Fasihuddin along with Central Zone Commissioner of GHMC, Mr. Garav visited Dilkusha and Greenlands guesthouses. Mr. Ram Mohan Rao preferred Dilkusha guesthouse.
It is reported that all the basic amenities would be provided for Mayor’s office in this guesthouse. It is reported that it is not possible to provide adequate facilities in GHMC’s main office at tank bund to the visitors who come to meet the Mayor. Greenlands guesthouse was not found suitable for Mayor’s camp office as construction works for Metro Rail are in progress. It is possible that the entire guest house would be taken for this purpose or a few rooms would be hired. Necessary steps would be taken to setup the camp office of the Mayor within two or three days.
