Role Summary/Purpose
The ServiceNow Systems Architect will provide successful architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNows solutions. This role will work with the IT Service Management leadership, IT service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the Technology organization and other departments seeking to use ServiceNow internally
Essential Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Systems Architect will be responsible for designing and configuring architectural soluions in the ServiceNow ITSM tool and will be a key member of the overall implementation program team.
The position requires a strategic thought leader that will implement high-quality solutions based on industry best-practices.
Salary:INR 8,00,000 – 18,00,000 P.A
