Los Angeles: Actress Sharon Stone has got a five-year restraining order against a man who has allegedly stalked her for years.
The 58-year-old actress had been bombarded with letters from Phillip Barnes, who she previously got a restraining order against in 2011, for several years, with some coming from his psychiatric unit, and a judge has now banned the man from going within 100 yards of Stone and her children, their home, workplace, school and her vehicles, reported TMZ reported.
Ordering Barnes not to harass, intimidate or have any contact with Stone or her three sons, Roan, 16, Laird, 11, and Quinn, 10, the judge said there was enough evidence to impose the maximum five years for the restraining order, which can also be extended for an additional five years when it expires in 2021.
