Shocking video: Israeli extremists celebrating Palestinian toddler’s death

Ramallah, West Bank: A video of Jewish extremists celebrating the death of a Palestinian toddler at a wedding has triggered a firestorm of condemnation from senior Israeli politicians and religious figures.

The 26-second video, posted to YouTube by Hareetz.com, shows a room full of teenagers wearing white skullcaps jumping, dancing with guns and firebombs at a wedding party while stabbing the photo of a 18-month-old Ali Saad Dawabsha, Palestinian toddler.

According to USA Today reports, Ali was killed along with his father, Sa’ad, 32, and Sa’ad’s wife, Rehem, 27, when their home was firebombed in Duma, a West Bank village. The couple’s 4-year-old son Ahmad survived and is still on the road of recovery.

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu strongly condemned the video as “shocking.” The PM said the pictures “show the true face of a group that constitutes a danger to Israeli society and to the security of Israel.”
