Hyderabad: It may be mentioned that 15 years before the seats in Unani Medical Colleges were going vacant. Siasat Urdu Daily launched a campaign to offer BUMS entrance test coaching in order to ensure full admissions in these colleges which is yielding rich dividends. BUMS entrance test has now become a very competitive examination. These thoughts were expressed by Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily while addressing the felicitation function to award Hakeem Sajjad Gold medal to the two top rankers of BUMS. These gold medal were awarded to Umm-e-Samah Khair of Govt. Nizamia Tibbi College and Dr. Shaik Rukhaiya Banu of Dr. Abdul Haq Unani Medical College of Kurnool for getting top ranks in BUMS. Siasat Urdu Daily also announced an award and medal to the successful top rankers of BUMS Course.
Hakeem Syed Ghousuddin welcomed the guest, Mr. Ahmed Siddiqui Mukesh extended his help in the arrangements, Mr. M.A. Hameed conducted the program. Dr. Abdul Mujeeb proposed vote of thanks.
