Silence Telangana critics by fitting reply: KCR

Hyderabad: TRS supremo and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao here on Tuesday exhorted his party leaders to give a fitting reply to those who ridiculed that “Telangana people were not capable of delivering good governance”.
Speaking after admitting senior Congress leader and former minister Baswaraju Saraiah into the TRS, the Chief Minister said, “We have achieved separate State by dint of hard work and after undergoing hardships for over six decades. Now, it is our turn and bounden duty to transform our fledgling State into one of the best States in the country. All of us have to join hands and sincerely strive to transform the State into Bangaru Telangana”, he added.
The Chief Minister reiterated that the TRS government would not only build double bedroom houses to the needy all over the State, but also relentlessly working for welfare of the poor and weaker sections in the State. He also said the State government was formulating special plans for the welfare of the people like Kalyana Lakshmi scheme. Pointing out that his government has successfully accomplished the task of ending power crisis in the State, KCR said his government was diverting its attention towards drought relief measures in the State.
