Siricilla to be ideal district: KTR

Hyderabad: IT and Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao today vowed to develop Siricilla into an ideal district. He was participating in some development programs in the district.
Speaking on the occasion the minister said that though Siricilla is small in size it will be developed on part with other districts witnessing speedy growth. The minister said that the government is giving top priority for welfare and development for inclusive growth. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has taken up the double bedroom house scheme as prestigious and giving adequate funds for their speedy completion he said. It is being planned to distribute 400 units, out of 1230 planned to be built, among beneficiaries by Dasara festival the minister said.
KTR also said that every village and town will get drinking water through Mission Bhagiratha scheme. Various development works like pipeline and expansion of roads and others are being completed he said adding that a new market committee office will be constructed. The minister said that Rs 2 cr will be spent for building Ambedkar Bhavan in the town which will become protected area by June 1 and getting 200 cc cameras for surveillance to maintain law and order. He said that town beautification works will be completed by June 2 and a Ryothu Bazar will be set up at 1.25 acres of land for the benefit of people. (NSS)
