“Reacting to a news report in the media today regarding the arrest of Anwarullah Khan alias ‘Disco Baba’ Faiyaz Mehmood and others under he Drugs and Magic Remedies Act, the State Minorities Commission while appreciating the prompt action taken by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Zone under the supervision and guidance of the Commissioner of Police, has suggested constitution of a Special Investigation Team (S.I.T) to nab culprits in all such cases and to receive complaints in matters of this nature to unearth such cases”.
