Job Description:
This will be a strategic business development role within the Solution and consulting team, with focus on the rail transportation requirements.
The responsibilities will include but not restricted to:
Working out Solutions for Industry problems in rail transportation
Understanding customer pain points and developing solutions to address customer requirements.
Understand and respond to various RFQ, RFI and RFPs requirements in rail transportation. Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to respond back to the RFPs / RFQs. Should be able to assist with technical evaluations, technical inputs to RFQ process, technical bid evaluations, interpretation of the specification requirements,
Provide support to Sales teams during consultative selling. Should be able to assess situations quickly and drill down to the core of the problem.
Getting involved in strategic initiatives (Business segment level) & Market Research (Industry & Company Research)
