Job Description:

1. Thoroughly understand each and every aspect of the job requirement provided by NVR account manager and/or the client.

2. Build, sustain and grow an effective sourcing team which should be able to feed quality resumes to the night operations.

3. Ability to research the technical requirements in order to mentor/train and guide the sourcing team to conduct effective sourcing.

3. Assign the requirement to a member of the sourcing team and simultaneously work on sourcing quality resumes.

4. Guide/mentor and train the sourcers on all aspects of sourcing and set clear expectations of the quality and time for sourcing resumes.

5. Supervise sourcers to ensure efficiency of resume search and submission.

6. Ensure resume and candidate integrity for the requirement

7. Qualify all resumes sourced and deliver to night operation Recruitment AM.

8. Should be involved in pro-active sourcing for potential requirements and mentor/train recruiters in the same.

9. Participate in management meetings and provide suggestions.

10. Should keep abreast of all new technologies and skills and ability to spot trends in skills and technology.

12. Should be well versed with the use of ATS (Applicant tracking Systems), preferably MaxHire

13. Ensure that all worked performed is thoroughly logged, tracked and conducted through MaxHire.

5. Demonstrated ability to lead, train and mentor a team of junior and trainee recruiters.

7. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

9. Team player with strong work ethics.

10. Well versed with the use of ATS, preferably MaxHire

11. Experience in RPO preferred.
