Skills:
– Adept at carving out / architecting commercially viable testing solutions, creating value differentiators
– Advanced knowledge in Risk management, Change Management, Defect management and tools used
– Advanced level of knowledge on Platforms like Windows / Unix / Mainframes / Midrange
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Leadership skills in Medium Size Team leading experience
– Expert level competency in Automation and tools usage (including open source)
– Good consulting, communication, conflict management, convincing, presentation skills and Negotiation Skills
– In depth knowledge of client business and applications
– Expert level competency in Automation and tools usage – Frameworks, GUI, Backend, web services
– Good consulting, communication, conflict management, convincing, presentation skills and Negotiation Skills
– Good Understanding of Technology and Client Business (Domain knowledge and exposure in at least one domain from Telecom, HC, Energy & Utilities)
– Has Advanced / Expert level of knowledge on testing concepts, methodologies and processes. At least 13+ years of relevant testing experience.
– Expert level of Understanding technical / automation architecture for test requirement. (including open source)
– Good understanding of testing within the mobility space is an added advantage.
– Participates and leads in new business development, preparing and giving presentations, working on Sales Support for
RFP- s
– Define Automation Framework and Reusable components
– Evaluate new technologies and tools available.
– Provide end to end test solutions (Manual / Automation) to Clients.
– Provide end-to-end delivery support for testing engagements
