State Minority Commission office flooded with sewage water

Hyderabad: Apathy of government is not limited to just minorities, but the minority institutions are also badly ignored by it. State Minority Commission office has been flooded with water for the past five days and the Commission’s work has come to standstill for two days.

Sewerage water has entered into the Commission office making it impossible for the staff to stay in the office for a moment. Nearly 3 feet water is stagnant at the entrance of the commission and no vehicle can enter into the office premises.

Chairman Minority Commission Abid Rasool Khan repeatedly called attention of state ministers and concerned departments but it fell on deaf ears. Consequently Chairman himself is unable to visit the office, he is doing the official work from home.
