Hyderabad: District Registrar of Medchal District, Mr. M. Siddi Reddy registered a complaint in Kukatpally police station against the sub-registrar for helping PS Parthasarathy of Trinity Infra Ventures Ltd. and PVS Sharma, Director of Suvishal power committee. It was stated that 693 acres of Govt. land situated at Miyanpur village in Serilingampally mandal was sold to the above persons.
On investigations, it was revealed that this Govt. land is valued at 587 crore which was sold out under a conspiracy in which sub-registrar of Kukatpally, Rachakonda Srinivas is involved. During the investigations, it was found that Dy. Collector of Serilingampally in 2007 had clearly informed the Dept. of Registration and Stamps that the lands in Survey numbers 20, 28, 100 and 101 are Govt. lands but Parthasarathy obtained GPA from Ameerunnisa Begum and others and sold out this property. Police arrested all the three accused and presented them before the magistrate at his residence yesterday and later they were sent to jail.
