Virtualization concepts and working knowledge of softwares like Hyper V, KVM, VMware, Virtualbox
Amazon AWS Management and Administration
Software and Hardware inventory management
Windows Installation and Configuration : Windows 8, 10
Formulation and Implementation of security policies on Companys Laptops and Servers. Insure uptime, performance, optimal resource utilization and security of the computers/laptops/Servers
Backup Strategy and Management
Databases installation, administration and backup (MySQL, MSSQL, Vertica etc.)
Liaison with various service providers : ISPs, UPS, network, hardware etc.,
Fix issues and solve problems faced by employees related to System and Networking (some of the examples given below)
o Laptop issues : Software and Hardware
o Network connectivity issues
o Bandwidth Monitoring and optimal utilization
o New Software Installation”
