T advocates intensify stir against Andhra judges

Telangana advocates have intensified their agitation in protest against posting of Andhra judges in Telangana State and failure of the Centre for bifurcating the common High Court at Hyderabad.

The advocates all over the State boycotted the courts in protest. T Advocates Association leader Mohan Rao said they were agitating against the Andhra judges in Telangana for the good of the future generations. He also made it clear they were specifically boycotting the courts being presided over by the judges of Andhra origin. He also demanded that the Centre constitute a committee headed by a judge of Supreme Court for division of the judges. He also accused AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of hatching conspiracies to make Andhra judges dominate in the Telangana State. The posting of Andhra judges in Telangana State was very atrocious, he added. (NSS)
