T-TDP accuses TRS govt of squandering public money by re-inaugurating old projects

Telangana TDP leaders today alleged that the TRS government was wasting public money by organizing inauguration of same lift irrigation projects which were earlier inaugurated during TDP regime before bifurcation of the united Andhra Pradesh.

Addressing the media, senior party leaders Revula Chandrasekhar Reddy and Kottakota Dayakar Reddy said Bhima, Nettampadu, Koilsagar and Kalwakurti projects were initiated during the previous TDP government. Now the Telangana government was trying to create an impression that these projects were launched and executed by the TRS government, they said.

They also deplored that the TRS government was misusing public funds by inaugurating the same projects which were earlier inaugurated during the previous Chandrababu Naidu government. They also demanded that the TRS government furnish details of money spent by it for the projects during the last two years.

Two other TDP leaders Amarnathbabu  and Bollam Mallaiah Yadav have demanded the Union government to keep a watch the activities of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, his ministers and MPs, who are behaving like extra-constitutional authorities.
