Tandoori Cutlets



  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Red chili powder
  •  Garam masala
  • Green chillies
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Tandoori chicken

How To Make?

  1. Mix tandoori chicken, garam masala, and  inegar, salt and chopped green chilies in a bowl.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes and mix with the mixture prepared above to form a thick paste.
  3. Mold the paste in the form of cutlets.
  4. Beat eggs in water.
  5. Coat cutlets with flour. Dip in eggs. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve
