Tandoori lamb meatballs

Ingredients:

 

Method: 

Place lamb mince, egg,  tandoori paste, breadcrumbs and coriander in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Roll mince mixture into balls.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towel.

Serve meatballs with yoghurt and mint leaves.
