Telangana Teachers and Employees’ Unions have demanded that the State government release the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) arrears to be paid to the employees for the last nine months immediately. They also warned the State government that they will stage a Maha Dharna at Indira Park on June 30 in case the government failed to react on the demands of them.
On Sunday, 24 Teachers and Employees Unions held a meeting here at UTF office located at Domalguda. The Unions decided to float a Joint Action Committee (JAC) uniting teachers and employees in the state. The Unions have asked the government to see that health cards are given to the employees to be valid even in all corporate hospitals. (NSS)
