Hyderabad: Gandhinagar police arrested an engineering student on Thursday for stealing laptop of his Facebook friend. According to police Ramesh Naik, a B.Tech student, befriended Dinesh on Facebook. He visited the said friend at latter’s residence on January 12. Both consumed alcohol.
Dinesh woke up the next day only to find that his laptop and two mobile phones were missing. Needle of his suspicion pointed towards Ramesh and he lodged a complaint against him. Ramesh was nabbed based on the mobile tower location. He was later arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
