Job Description:
– Total 5-7 yrs Hands-on work experience on IBM BPM (version 7.5, 8.0 and 8.5). BPM certification preferred.
– Strong skills in Business Process Management (BPM) project lifecycle including discovery/design through optimization phases, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solution design and implementation and supporting the Applications.
– Strong hands on experience Developing BPM Process Applications (BPMN) using IBM BPM 8.5 Advanced Edition.
– Strong hands on experience Developing BPM Process Applications (BPEL) using IBM BPM 8.5 Integration Designer.
– Strong experience on BPM 8.5 environment Administration and Performance tuning.
– Java knowledge (not in depth) needed to handle integration aspects as underlying code is in Java.
– Preferred Banking domain experience
– Good analytical skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
