Hyderabad: The Telangana Government has decided to release 251 prisoners across the State.
The State Government has issued GO Ms. No. 38 on Monday to facilitate the release of 251 prisoners, who include 190 life convicts. As per the orders, 39 prisoners will be released from Cherlapally Central Jail, 9 from Chanchalguda Jail, 26 from Chanchalguda Women’s Prison, 6 from Sangareddy Jail, 7 from Mahabubnagar, 6 from Nalgonda, 70 from Warangal, 17 from Nizamabad, 7 from Karimnagar and 8 from Khammam Jail.
