Job Description:
1.Review of DSAs / Agents /Agencies daily & weekly
2.Field visits for chronic accounts
3.Collection deposition & Updation within time limits
4.Seizure vehicles to be in-warded to godown and marked as seizure
5.Monitoring the agencies / agents / DSAs for fraudulent activities and timely escalation and action.
6.Ensuring adherence to collection process
7.Monthly Performance Review should be made every month for TCE / reporting Agencies / Agents / DSAs and action plan for improving should be detailed out. Minutes of meeting should be maintained for monthly performance review. It needs to forwarded Area Manager / Branch Manager.
