Job Description

Looking for candidates having experience in Sales/Dealership with Construction equipment/Commercial vehicles/ Tractors.

Location- Hyderabad, Hubli

Job description-

Daily monitoring of all DSEs at the dealership
Assist DSEs in effective closure / conversion of machine sale
On the job training of DSEs
Ensure proper implementation of M&M sales processes & control systems at the dealership with effective utilization
Manpower recruitment at dealership
Review of all prospective buyers in the beginning of every month and making action plan for closure of all cases
Assist dealer in preparing weekly travel plans for all DSEs
Implement standard systems at the dealership like e-SMS etc.
Tracking of payment recovery cases of different financiers
Liquidate repossessed machines of different financiers under dealership
Working extensively on market intelligence involving tracking activities, schemes & pricing policy
Maintaining all required MIS and present as and when required

Salary:INR 4,00,000 – 8,00,000 P.A
