Terrorist’s arrest has exposed Pakistan’s ‘ill design’: J-K Dy CM

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh on Wednesday said the arrest of a terrorist by the security forces in Udhampur has clearly exposed Pakistan’s ill design and desperation.

Singh, however, said that Pakistan would not succeed in its mission as the Indian security forces are on high alert.

“This has exposed the ill design of Pakistan and ISI. The caught terrorist can reveal the conspiracies and plots being hatched against India. Clearly, Pakistan is desperate to show their presence in India, but we will not allow such activities on the soil of Jammu and Kashmir,” Singh said.

According to reports, the captured terrorist is a suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba militant from Pakistan, who was caught after the attack on the BSF convoy that killed two constables.

The militant, who said that he hails from Faisalabad in Pakistan, claimed before the media that he entered the Jammu region 12 days ago. (ANI)
