Telangana BJP would organise programs for three days in villages from Thursday on the occasion of 125th jayanthi of Dr B R Ambedkar.
Speaking to media at party office here, BJP State president Dr K Laxman said the party would organise programs across the villages and statues of Dr Ambedkar wherever they were installed would be decorated after washing.
During the three-day program, meetings would be organised to create awareness among the people about the programs taken up by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said, adding that besides State leaders, Union ministers M Venkaiah Naidu and Bandaru Dattatreya would attend.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi would launch a program in Madhya Pradesh. The programme is “villages’ development is country’s development”, he said. (NSS)
