A 45-year-old man was killed on the spot after he was hit by a water tanker near Champapet on Sunday morning.
Sayeedabad police later identified the deceased as P. Mahender, a labourer and resident of Maheshwaram.
In another case, G. Srisailam, 36, an auto-driver of Ganga Nagar, died instantaneously after he was run over by a RTC bus. He met with the accident near Ali Cafe Road no Sunday morning while he was trying to cross the road, according to Amberpet police.
In a different case, Sanjeev Kumar Mehta of Dundigal, died of injuries which he sustained on December 17 when he was hit and run by an unidentified vehicle on Gandi Maisamma Road. He was admitted to Gandhi Hospital where he died on Saturday night. He was a native of Bihar. (INN)
