A 35-year-old businessman was killed after he was hit by a car in Falaknuma police limits.
The accident occurred near Chandrayangutta flyover bridge on Wednesday morning. The victim, Mohd Yunus of Fatima Nagar in Vattepally, was hit by a Qualis car while he was on morning walk. He was immediately rushed to the Osmania General Hospital where he was declared “brought dead”.
In another case, P. Venkataiah, 65, of Izzat Nagar, died of injuries which he sustained after he was hit and run by an unidentified vehicle on Madhapur flyover on Tuesday night. He was hit while crossing the road. He was admitted to Gandhi Hospital where he succumbed on Wednesday morning.
In a different case, M. Murali Kumar, 26, succumbed to the injuries which he suffered when the motorcycle he was riding lost control and hit a road divider. He was immediately rushed to the OGH where doctors declared him brought dead. He was an outsourced electrician of GHMC and resident of New PJR Nagar, according to Gachibowli police. (INN)
