Three persons commit suicide

Unemployment drove a 32-year-old software employee to suicide in Bowenpally police limits.

The deceased, K. Suman, was jobless for the last few months since he lost his previous job. Upset over this, he resorted to the extreme step by hanging to the ceiling at his residence in Old Bowenpally on Tuesday night.

In another case, Ashraf Begum, 38, committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling at her residence in Aftab Manzil Apartments of Fateh Sultan Ganj on Tuesday night. She was reportedly under depression due to the studies of her son and daughter which is suspected to have led her to suicide.

In a different case, Ch. Bala Sai, 36, succumbed to the burn injuries which he had sustained after setting himself ablaze. Sai resorted to the extreme step on May 11 at his residence in Warsiguda after having an argument with his wife on some trivial issue. He was admitted to Gandhi Hospital where he died on Tuesday night. He was an employee of Indian Railways, according to Tukkaramgate police. (INN)
