Media firm Times Network today announced launch of a new real estate and property channel Magicbricks Now, which will go on air from November 1, 2015.

Times Network MD & CEO M K Anand said, “Magicbricks Now has been launched to guide the consumer through the complex and seemingly intimidating world of real-estate transactions.”
“The association will strengthen the portal’s offering and make it available at every touch point to consumers,” Magicbricks.Com CEO Sudhir Pai said.
“With this association, we leverage the visual appeal of television to communicate our rich data and analytics in an easy-to-consume manner for the consumer,” Pai added.
Union Minister of Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Parliamentary Affairs, M Venkaiah Naidu who launched the channel, said he hoped that “Magicbricks Now will do the required magic for the sector”.
“I suggest that news and views should not be combined for the channel and that should be the noble beauty of the new channel,” he added.
The channel would target viewers in the 25 to 50 years age group, who are interested to buy, sell or rent real estate properties, the company statement said.
The channel would be distributed on DTH and cable platforms which carries Times Network.
