Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy has questioned the very existence of Telangana Political Joint Action Committee.
Speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, Nayani said that the JAC was constituted by several organisations to achieve statehood for Telangana. Once the goal was achieved, almost all organisations came out of the JAC. However, he said Prof. M. Kodandaram continued as the JAC Chairman. He said instead of realising that Telangana has emerged as the Welfare State in the country, Kodandaram has been targeting the TRS Government only to gain political mileage. He advised TJAC chairman to study the performance of various State Governments across the country and then comment on TRS Government.
Nayani accused Kodandaram of insulting the people of Telangana who brought TRS into power. (INN)
