TPCC working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has asked the Party BC Wing to complete the appointment of the committees from mandal level to state level and later initiate steps to strengthen it by linking it with party.
Addressing the TPCC BC Wing meeting held at Gandhi Bhavan here on Monday under the president-ship of BC Wing chairman Chittaranjan Das, Bhatti asked the Committee to complete the appointment of full-fledged executive committee within a month. He also said that priority will be given to the party workers, who would participate in party activities actively, from village level to state level. He said that the backward class people were extending their support to the Congress since its inception. He demanded the state government to initiate steps to implement BC Sub-plan. (NSS)
