TPCC president alleges State Government favouring illegal sand transport

Karimnagar: Uttam Kumar Reddy TPCC president alleged that the state government is favouring the illegal business of sand transport without bothering about the people.

Speaking to media in Karimnagar, Mr Uttam consoled the victims in the district jai, spoke to the Rajanna-Sircilla district Police officially questioning them of their atrocities towards innocent villagers including Dalits by booking them in false cases.

He claimed that he represented the issue to DGP Anurag Sharma but no action was taken by him, about the severe punishments like the electric shock which was given to the victims of which many suffered from serious health conditions like kidney failure and other health issues.

He alleged that the illegal business is done by CMs relatives and hence the State Government is favouring them. He also said he will continue fighting until justice is granted to the victims.
He was also praising the then speaker Meira Kumar for the creating separate Telangana, adding that, “Meira Kumar’s name would be written in golden letters in the history of Telangana”.
