TPCC resents Komatireddy’s outbursts at Uttam

Stating that Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has violated the party discipline, TPCC vice-president Dr Mallu Ravi has said that it was second time Venkat Reddy violated the party discipline.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday along with T Jagga Reddy and D Sravan, Ravi said that Komatireddy’s statement seems to be a statement given by the TRS leader. It was not correct on the part of the Komatireddy to say that TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy’s survey was a bogus one. Uttam conducted a survey in the state to know the real condition of the party, he said and objected that Komatireddy’s statement was in a manner that the confidence of cadre will be loosened. He said that the TPCC will lodge a complaint with the party high command against the statement of Komatireddy.

Former Whip T Jagga Reddy alleged that the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was hatching a conspiracy to bring a division in the Congress party. The Chief Minister was in an insecurity feeling about the growing strength of the Congress party, he observed and alleged that KCR was there behind the statement of the Komatireddy. Komatireddy’s statement was nothing but violation of party discipline and there was a need to initiate action against Komatireddy, he opined.

PCC general secretary D Sravan said that Komatireddy spoke against the interests of the party. It was atrocious on the part of Komatireddy, who enjoyed several positions, to speak against the party, which was facing typical conditions, interests. It was not correct on the part of Komatireddy to try for self domination in the party, he pointed out and alleged that Komatireddy’s statements were in a manner that they will harm the confidence the party activists. The statement of Komatireddy was pucka violation of discipline and there was a need to initiate action against Komatireddy, he opined.
It may be recalled that Komatireddy alleged on fridayat Nakrekal in Nalgonda district that the survey of TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy was a fake one. (NSS)
