CLP leader K Jana Reddy has asked the TRS government to tell as to why it was afraid of Congress party which was lodging its protest in democratic manner.
Condemning the attitude of the TRS government on Dharna Chowk located at Indira Park, Jana Reddy opined that the shifting of dharna chowk from Indira Park was an axe on democracy. He predicted that the people would dislodge the TRS party from power in future.
Reacting to the arrests of Congress leaders, who staged a dharna at Dr B R Ambedkar statue on Tank Bund, Jana Reddy made it clear that the State government cannot suppress the voice of the people by arresting the Congress leaders. (NSS)
